On Thursday afternoon (March 20), the Deputy Regent of Natuna, Jarmin, SE, attended the Closing Ceremony of the 123rd TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) Program, which took place at the Selemam Village Football Field, Bunguran Timur Laut District.
This closing ceremony marked the completion of all activities aimed at improving community welfare through infrastructure development and other public facilities.
Also in attendance were leaders and representatives of institutions and agencies under Forkopimda, heads of Regional Government Organizations, the district head along with village heads from Bunguran Timur Laut District, community leaders, program participants, and local residents.
The ceremony began with the signing of the official handover document, transferring the results of the 123rd TMMD Program 2025 from the Commander of Military District 0318 Natuna (Dandim), Colonel Inf Andri Hadiyanto, M.Han, to the Deputy Regent of Natuna.
The ceremony was led by the Commander of Military Resort 033/Wira Pratama (Danrem), Brigadier General TNI Bambang Herqutanto, M.Han. In his speech, he emphasized that the TMMD Program is a collaborative effort to develop villages and improve community welfare. He expressed hope that the results of this program would provide significant benefits for the local residents and the Regional Government.
Bambang Herqutanto also stressed the importance of maintaining and utilizing the newly built and renovated public infrastructure to ensure longevity and sustainable benefits for the community’s well-being.
Furthermore, he highlighted the non-physical aspects of the program, which are expected to inspire the community to advance and grow economically amidst the rapid modernization of the world.
Concluding his speech, Bambang Herqutanto expressed his appreciation and pride in seeing the strong cooperation between the community, the TNI/Polri, and local government officials. Their enthusiasm and commitment contributed to the successful implementation of the 123rd TMMD Program 2025, with all objectives achieved as planned.
