Regional Secretary, Boy Wijanarko Varianto closed the Basic Training (Latsar) activities for Civil Servant Candidates Class II batch II within the Natuna Regency Government in 2023, at the Women's Building Jln Batu Sisir Bukit Arai, Ranai, Wednesday (13/09) morning.
In this activity, several heads of Regional Apparatus Organisations, a monitoring team from BPSDM Kemendagri, and training participants were present.
In his speech, Boy Wijanarko said that the end of the CPNS Latsar activity is a gateway to increasingly complex working conditions and competition. Therefore, he advised all CPNS to continue to improve their competence and spirit of service towards a professional and qualified apparatus.
Boy also hopes that CPNS who have participated in this training can show the attitude of state defense behavior, always improve competence including instilling basic "moral" values in carrying out job duties, actualize the position and role of civil servants within the framework of the Republic of Indonesia, and can advance the mastery of technical competencies needed in accordance with their respective fields.
Gratitude was also expressed to BPSDM Kemendagri as an accredited training institution for quality assurance of Latsar implementation in the Natuna Regency Government.
On the same occasion, the Chairman of the Organising Committee as well as Ka. BKPSDM Natuna Regency, Muhamad Alim Sanjaya reported that the Latsar CPNS aims to develop the competence of CPNS which is carried out in an integrated manner, based on the ability to demonstrate the attitude of state defense behavior and actualize the basic values of civil servants in performing their job duties.
Based on the results of the final evaluation of the Latsar CPNS class II batch II participants within the Natuna Regency Government in 2023 which was held on Tuesday, 12 September 2023, 46 participants passed.(Pro_kopim/Sri)
