Cen Sui Lan Delivers the 2024 Accountability Report During the Natuna Regency DPRD Plenary Meeting

Held in the Plenary Meeting Room of the Natuna Regency DPRD Office, Ranai, on Thursday morning (10/04), Regent of Natuna, Cen Sui Lan, attended the Plenary Meeting of the Natuna Regency House of Representatives (DPRD) with the agenda of delivering her speech on the 2024 Local Government Accountability Report (LKPJ) and explanation regarding the Draft Regional Regulation (Ranperda) for Natuna Regency in 2025.

The meeting, chaired directly by Chairman of the Natuna DPRD, Rusdi, and accompanied by Vice Chairpersons I and II, was also attended by Deputy Regent Jarmin, the Regional Secretary, assistants, heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), and other invited guests.

In her remarks, Cen Sui Lan elaborated on several points in the LKPJ document, including the following: The 2024 Local Revenue realization reached Rp 963,630,814,399.19, or approximately 73.59% of the planned budget of Rp 1,309,442,057,434.61. The 2024 Local Expenditure realization amounted to Rp 1,122,137,109,986.94, or about 76.16% of the approved budget of Rp 1,473,414,715,900.00. Financing revenue realization sourced from the previous year’s budget surplus amounted to Rp 163,972,658,465.39.

She also explained that the total number of programs and activities under governmental affairs funded by the Regional Budget (APBD) and implemented in 2024 was 145 programs and 408 activities.

Regarding the achievement of the Regional Key Performance Indicators (IKU) in 2024, the results were deemed satisfactory, with 20 out of the 24 established indicators successfully meeting their targets.

Finally, she stated that in 2024, no delegation of co-administrative tasks was received from either the central or provincial government.

Cen Sui Lan emphasized that the accomplishments to date are the result of hard work and collaboration among all elements, including the entire local government apparatus, legislative institutions, Forkopimda (Regional Leadership Coordination Forum), community members, academia, and business actors who play vital roles in driving development.

She also expressed her appreciation for the continued support and intervention from both the central and provincial governments, which have consistently provided assistance through various strategic programs aimed at accelerating development across all sectors. (Pro_kopim/D&S)
