Located in the Meeting Room of the Natuna Regent's Office, second floor, Jalan Batu Sisir Bukit Arai, Ranai, Wednesday (24/5) morning, the Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi had the opportunity to attend the agenda of the Inauguration of the Head of the Sub-District PKK Movers Team.

Several officials from the Natuna Regency Government were present, including the Deputy Regional Secretary, several representatives from Regional Apparatus Organisations, leaders of Women's Organisations, several Sub-District Heads and TP. PKK Natuna Regency.

Wan Siswandi in her speech expressed her gratitude to both the sub-district heads, as well as the newly appointed Chairperson of the Sub-district TP PKK, with the hope that the PKK in the sub-district can take a role in supporting the implementation of regional development, carrying out the mandate with full responsibility.

Considering that the position as Chairperson of the Sub-District TP PKK refers to the position attached to the husband in a certain position, Wan Siswandi hopes that the mandated responsibility will not become a burden, but will continue to strive to gather various existing potentials to maximise the role of the organisation in the community.

The inauguration of the five Chairpersons of the Sub-District TP PKK was based on Decree Number 01 / Kep / PKK.Kab. NTN / V / 2023 concerning the Appointment of the Decree of the Chairperson of the Sub-District PKK Movement Team, including the Chairpersons of the TP PKK Bunguran Batubi, North Bunguran, East Serasan, Long Island and Seluan Island.

Septi also congratulated the newly appointed Chairpersons of the Sub-District TP PKK in the working areas of North Bunguran, Bunguran Batubi, East Serasan, Long Island and Seluan Island.

Septi also explained that the sub-district TP PKK must try to keep pace and make adjustments, to support the implementation of the duties of husbands who hold strategic positions in an area.

Septi expressed her hope that all Sub-District TP PKK Chairpersons will continue to collect data, evaluate and implement organisational strategies in order to alleviate poverty, fulfil family needs, provide health services and create independent women.

In addition, the development of cadres must also be a concern, through a strategy of improving abilities and skills both at the sub-district and village levels as the spearhead of the organisation's programmes.

To achieve the above, communication, friendship and coordination must continue to be pursued, making the PKK organisation a forum for efforts to create an independent and prosperous family. (Pro_Kopim/Irles)
