The Regent of Natuna is represented by the General Administrative Assistant, H.Tasrif. S.Sos, M.Si attends the Appointment of the Head of Natuna Regency PKK Mobilization Team, located in the Meeting Room 2nd Floor, office of the Natuna’s Regent, Batu Sisir St. Bukit Arai, Friday morning (03/06).
The Head and the entire team of Natuna Regency TP PKK, the newly appointed Heads of the Sub-District TP PKK, several Heads of Regional Apparatus Organization, and the Head of Natuna Regency Women's Organizations also attend the occasion.
Tasrif in his speech, offers his congratulations on the new roles and responsibilities to the three Heads of the Sub-District TP PKK who are appointed by the Head of Natuna Regency TP PKK.
Tasrif explains the position as a Head of TP PKK frequently meets some difficulties due to the lack of experiences, but it still needs to be carried out considering the position portrays the position of the husband as the Sub-District Head.
It is for this reason; such high learning spirit, full of concern, and good coordination alongside with the old management, cadres, and related offices are necessary to have so the organization runs properly.
Tasrif also advises the newly appointed Heads of the Sub-District TP PKK to constantly optimize the roles and functions of the organization, to analyze the current social conditions and to develop coordination with related offices and figures in creating continuous innovative and creative solutions.
However, the PKK Mobilization Team is expected to support the regional development implementation acknowledging the scope of the program, including; the dissemination of the National Movement (Gernas Program) and the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS Program) to improve the quality of public health, to achieve family independence, and to get rid of poverty, to reduce environmental impacts and to conserve nature.
The Head of Natuna Regency PKK Mobilization Team, Septi Dwiani Wan Siswandi, in her speech conveys the same thing; that the leadership substitute as the Heads of the Sub-District TP PKK is caused by either the mutation or the promotion of the husband as the Sub-District Head.
This condition is such a commonplace and it is regulated in government regulations, where the position as the Heads of the Sub-District PKK Mobilization Team portray the position of the husband as the Sub-District Heads and the wives are responsible to run the organization.
In accordance with the implementation of 10 PKK work programs as the task fundamentals, in the near future, the adjustments and approaches steps must be continuously implemented to maximize the potential.
Additionally, Septi mentions the Sub-District PKK Mobilization Team progressively becomes an essential substance to achieve the goals of PKK work programs.
Therefore, such efforts to develop cadres needs to have the full attention and to consider as strategic stages to improve the capacity and the capability of either the cadres or the committees both at the Sub-District and at the Urban Village.
Septi expects several technical offices which relates to PKK work programs to show their strong support so the organization and the related offices can constantly be partners in supporting the regional development implementation.
The three newly appointed Heads of the Sub-District PKK Mobilization Teams are the Heads of the PKK Mobilization Teams in the Sub-Districts of Bunguran Timur, Midai, and Suak Midai. (Pro_kopim/Endang & Lita).
