The Regent of Natuna, represented by the General Administration Assistant of the Regional Secretariat of Natuna Regency, H. Tasrif.S.Sos.M.Si, officially opened the Socialisation of Legal Product Drafting, held in the Meeting Room of the Natuna Regent's Office, 2nd floor, Jl Batu Sisir Bukit Arai, Friday (12/05) morning.
Present at the event were several leaders of related Regional Apparatus Organisations, participants from representatives of each OPD and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.
On the occasion, Tasrif said in his speech that the draft of regional products came from the DPRD and the Regent. For this reason, the similarity and understanding of the implementing apparatus of legal products must really be expected to make uniformity in the application of these legal products.
To achieve this uniformity of understanding, Tasrif hopes that all participants can take this activity seriously. So that information related to this legal product can be understood and applied according to the substance of the legal product itself.
On the same occasion, the Head of Sub Division for Facilitation of Formation of Regional Legal Products (FPPHD) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, Dwi Resti Bangun also expressed her gratitude to the Natuna Regency Government for facilitating this activity, in order to share information related to the preparation of central regional legal products.
Dwi added that Kemenkumham RI in one of its functions, will continue to build coordination and assistance, including in terms of determining regional legal products that can be used to support the implementation of regional government and development.
He believes, through this activity in the future all OPDs will be able to determine the priority of legal products that are really needed by the region in developing and advancing the region in the field of legal products in each OPD. (Pro_kopim/endang)
