Located in the Meeting Room of the Natuna Regent's Office, Jalan Batu Sisir Bukit Arai, the Administrative Assistant of the Natuna Regency Regional Secretariat, H. Tasrif, chaired the Evaluation Meeting of the Implementation of the Physical Special Allocation Fund (DAK) and the Implementation of Physical Activities in 2024, Thursday (01/02) morning.
Accompanied by several heads of relevant Regional Apparatus Organisations (OPD), Tasrif in his speech said that this meeting was deemed important for knowing the achievements and realisation of the 2023 Physical DAK budget and predictions and comparisons of capabilities and achievements for the following year.
This is important because the realisation of this budget management should be able to provide an overview of the percentage achievement of work which can then be packaged into more accountable, transparent reporting, realisation that can be planned more efficiently, and on target.
Last but not least, Tasrif hopes that all OPDs can carry out financial management by the provisions and designations that have been determined. This is intended so that in its implementation there are no violations committed, especially during audits by financial auditing institutions.
Furthermore, on the same occasion, the Head of the Regional Government Financial Management Agency (BPKPD), Suryanto, said that this meeting aims to ensure the suitability between the realisation of funds and the achievement of each physical fund activity under the contract documents and technical specifications set, so that the target results of the physical DAK implementation can be achieved.
