Located at Tapau Village Office, Bunguran Tengah Subdistrict, Natuna Regent, Wan Siswandi symbolically handed over PTSL Programme land certificates to representatives of 3 villages in Bunguran Tengah Subdistrict, including Tapau Village, Harapan Jaya Village and Air Lengit Village, on Tuesday (12/12) afternoon.
This activity was also attended by the Regional Secretary of Natuna Regency, heads of Regional Apparatus Organisations, the Head of the Natuna BPN Office, the Head of the Governance Section of the Natuna Regional Secretariat, and the community receiving land certificates.
On this occasion, Wan Siswandi expressed his gratitude and explained this activity was held due to the synergy between the Regional Government and the Natuna Land Office / BPN, with a joint commitment to completing the legal status of land ownership in Natuna Regency in order to encourage community welfare.
Wan Siswandi explained that it is the responsibility of the local government to ensure legal certainty and protection of community land, so hopefully in the future, it will avoid potential land ownership dispute problems.
To the community, Wan Siswandi also reminded those who have received certificates to utilise this properly and wisely, so that land certificates really become useful to improve the economy.
While the Head of the Natuna BPN Office, Sugianto Tampubolon said that the submission of PTSL land certificates by BPN Natuna in 2023 this time was 978 certificates, for people in three sub-districts (3 villages and 3 villages).
Sugianto further explained that in 2023 BPN will issue 1903 certificates, consisting of 978 PTSL certificates, 500 Coastal Land certificates and 425 Land Redistribution certificates. (Pro_kopim/Atra)
