he Administrative Assistant of the Regional Secretariat of Natuna Regency Opens Workshop 7 and the Learning Outcomes of the 8th Batch of Teacher Education Programme, Year 2023

Located at the Sri Serindit Building, Ranai, the Regent of Natuna was represented by the General Administration Assistant of the Natuna Regency Secretariat, Tasrif, who officially opened the 7th Workshop and Harvest of Learning Outcomes of the 8th Batch of Teacher Education Programme in 2023. Tuesday (28/11) morning.

The event was attended by members of the Forkompimda, heads of Regional Apparatus Organisations, Heads of the Riau Islands Master Teacher Centre, sub-district heads, school principals, school supervisors, and Master Teachers of Natuna Regency.

In his speech, Tasrif explained that the hard work undertaken by the current Master Teachers is expected to have a positive impact, through a focus on learning that is centred on improving the quality and absorption of students.

However, it is important to realise that the status of teacher activists with all the stages of duties, selection and conditions set, is none other than to build quality individual teachers, highly motivated in working, innovating and creating.

Tasrif said that the forum should be thanked for being able to become a space for communication, and collaboration between teachers, parents and policy makers, both inside and outside the school.

Tasrif also hoped that through the Harvest of Works activity, the hard work of the Mover Teachers is expected to be able to improve the quality of the education system to be more innovative and right on target.

In addition, Tasrif advised the teachers to support education schemes that focus on the potential of students who tend to be diverse. With this focus, students will be able to become the best version of their potential.

On the same occasion, the Head of the Riau Islands Province Teacher Mover Centre, represented by Ka. School Leadership Transformation Working Group, Maryana said that this activity is one of the strategies designed by the Ministry of Education and Culture, through various elements of the lesson method, in order to accelerate the transformation of education, especially in Natuna Regency.

With the presence of this programme, it is hoped that it can give birth to driving teachers who have the ability to act as a driving force in their schools to create a fun and happy school ecosystem. (Pro_kopim/ D)
