The Regional Secretary of Natuna: Good Communication, an Effort to Build the Image of Government Agencies

In performing tasks in each Regional Apparatus Organisation, good working conditions and efforts to improve professionalism must continue to be pursued.

But in its realization, of course, various problems are often found that cause poor communication which has an impact on the uncomfortable work atmosphere as well. This will certainly have an impact on reducing the quality of performance.

Therefore, every apparatus, both at the staff and leadership levels, must strive to maintain comfortable working conditions. Creating good communication and making various problems as an opportunity to build more intense communication.

The above should be an opportunity to jointly evaluate the dynamics of existing problems. Therefore, leaders must be able to build good communication with staff and vice versa. Do not let internal problems become public consumption which in turn has an impact on the damage to the image of the agency and personnel.

This was conveyed by the Regional Secretary of Natuna Regency, Boy Wijanarko Varianto when acting as an assembly inspector at the Morning Ceremony within the Natuna Regency Government held at the Natuna Regent's Office yard, Jalan Batu Sisir Bukit Arai, Ranai, Monday (02/10) morning.

Boy added that according to the instruction of the leader ( The Regent of Natuna), Monday morning assembly will be carried out again routinely. This must be done considering that the implementation of morning assembly is one of the efforts to improve local government, in addition to various other efforts aimed at improving the discipline of regional apparatus.

Boy hopes that this assembly can really be carried out regularly, becoming an activity that can build awareness of time discipline which is considered very important in performing service tasks as a local government apparatus.

Also present at the event were Assistants, Heads of offices, heads of agencies, administrator officials, and attendees who were civil servants and honorary staff within the Natuna Regency Government.(Pro_kopim/Sri)
