During a visit to Midai District, the Vice Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda, held a meeting with students of Madrasah Aliyah Bustanul Ulum Midai Private School and 1 Midai High School, which was held at their respective schools, Wednesday (13/09) morning.
The Vice Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda said that the aim of visiting these schools was to establish a relationship between the school and the students, as well as to motivate students to continue to develop their potential, by thinking globally and continuously developing their own skills.
Rodhial also added that the Regional Government has coordinated with several ministries regarding scholarships for Natuna children who have achievements, but are economically disadvantaged so that they can continue to a higher level of education.
He said the purpose of coordinating with the ministry is so that in the future natural resources in Natuna can be balanced with the availability of qualified human resources to manage existing potential.
For this year, the Natuna Regency Government received several scholarship quotas from several universities that have collaborated with the Natuna Regency Government, including 10 people at the Fisheries Expert Polytechnic by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP), 15 people at Pertamina University, 4 people at PEM Akamigas Cepu, 4 people at Telkom University.(Prokopim/Arf).
