The Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi, opened the Basic Training (Latsar) of Civil Servant Candidates Class II batch II within the Natuna Regency Government in 2023, at the Sri Serindit Building, Bunguran Timur District, Ranai, Thursday (7/9) morning.
In this activity, the Regional Secretary, all Assistants, and Heads of Regional Apparatus Organisations within the Natuna Regency Government were present.
The activity organized by the Natuna Regency Human Resources Staffing Agency (BPSDM) will be held from 6 to 13 September 2023 with 46 participants.
In his speech, Wan Siswandi said that as servants of the state, servants, and protectors of the community, it should be addressed to all people without choosing social status, professionally and proportionally.
According to him, every job must begin with good intentions, as a form of devotion as well as worship to actualise gratitude for the mandate given.
Meanwhile, to actualise excellent and professional service, there are several doctrines that must be provided to these ASNs. Therefore, Wan Siswandi hopes that all participants can take this Latsar activity seriously, as a provision to form a mental service according to the fields and functions carried out.
