In the implementation of Village Government, the most important thing is how the Village Government is able to improve community welfare and village competitiveness through optimising the utilisation of potential and improving public infrastructure.
However, to realise the above, the most important thing is needed to improve the capacity and quality of the village apparatus in carrying out tasks both in the service sector, planning and support in the implementation of development.
This was conveyed by the Regional Secretary of Natuna Regency, Boy Wijanarko Varianto when officially opening the Launching of Siskeudes Online as well as Debriefing for Siskeudes Operators of Village Governments throughout Natuna Regency, located at the Trend Central Hotel Jln Pramuka Ranai (20/07) morning.
Present at the activity, resource persons from BPKP Riau Islands Provincial Government, Abrivan Johanes, Dandy Pebrian Noor, invitations from related Regional Apparatus Organisations and activity participants who are representatives of Village Governments throughout Natuna Regency.
Boy also hopes that all participants can understand their roles and functions, both in planning, financial administration, so that the available applications can support the realisation of better village financial governance.
In addition, participants are expected to continue to improve their understanding of existing regulations, so that the risk of administrative errors can be avoided, and financial reporting can be prepared more efficiently and transparently.
One of the regulations that must be understood thoroughly is the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management Guidelines and Natuna Regent Regulation Number 82 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management Guidelines.
On the same occasion, the Chief Executive of the Activity / DPMD Head of Natuna Regency, Andrizal Zein said that Siskeudes Online could be realised thanks to the support of the server managed by BPKPD Natuna Regency and the support of the Siskeudes Online Application Technical Team from BPKP Representative of Riau Islands Province.
The purpose is to equip operators of Village planning and Village Finance Administration based on Siskeudes Online, through guidance (Transfer of Knowledge) to village officials in the working area of Natuna Regency.
Further explained, related to village financial management using the online Seskeudes application, the output that will be produced from this activity is in the form of directions and recommendations related to financial planning and administration in the application.
There were 140 participants in this briefing activity for operators of village financial planning and administration based on Seskeudes Online, who were Village Secretaries and Village Treasurers throughout Natuna Regency. (Pro_kopim (D)
