The Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi, represented by the Acting Regional Secretary of Natuna Regency, Khaidir, attended the Book Review of the Documentation of Maestro Knowledge Works (DKPM) Mando Table of the Indonesian Fund Work Program LDPP 2022, located at S Cafe Jl. Hasanudin Batu Hitam Ranai, (21/06) morning.
Present at the event were Heads of relevant Regional Apparatus Organisations (OPD), Heads of Organisations, Heads of Malay Customary Institutions (LAM), DKPM Team and Media colleagues.
On the occasion, Khaidir said that in Natuna Regency, natural resources in the form of sago have used modern processing, table mando is also a typical Natuna food, besides the Mando table there are also many other typical foods made from sago such as Tabel Arok, kernas and others, for that it is hoped that the DKPM team can taste other typical foods and release them.
It is also said that publishing a book is not easy, it needs extensive knowledge in making it. For this reason, Haidir gave his greatest appreciation to the DKPM team who had researched sago processing so that they could publish a book of this size.
For this reason, it is hoped that this book can be socialised via cellphone as well so that many people can see and read it. The existence of a digital version of the book media is considered to be more accessible to the public, especially for students, students and civil servants who like to read.
Haidir also said that this mando table is a healthy and filling food made from sago that can be preserved so that its resources can be passed on by the next generation and can be promoted. This is because in Natuna there are many sago stems that can be utilised at any time by the community.
On the same occasion, the DKPM Team of the Mando Table of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, Hendra also said that the purpose of the Cultural Endowment Fund, "is to ensure the continuity of efforts to promote culture for the next generation."
In addition, the Cultural Endowment fund is used to facilitate community initiative promotion efforts.
The basis for the establishment is Law No. 5 of 2017. In order to promote culture, the central government established a cultural representative fund and the president's statement in a meeting with cultural stakeholders on 11 December 2018. (Pro_kopim/Endang)
