Located in the Natuna Regent's Office Courtyard, Jalan Batu Sisir Bukit Arai, Ranai Monday, (12/06) morning, the Natuna Regency Government held a Morning Applause in conjunction with the Inauguration of the Praja Wibawa Natuna Information Unit Team.
The Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi, was present as the Ceremony Inspector on this occasion. Several leaders of Regional Apparatus Organisations and local government officials were also present.
In his speech, Wan Siswandi also congratulated the inaugurated Praja Wibawa Natuna Information Unit team, hoping that in the future they can carry out their duties and responsibilities according to their functions.
According to Wan Siswandi, no matter how much budgetary strength or regional potential is owned, it will not bring progress and prosperity if it is not supported by quality and competitive human resources.
Given the importance of this, Wan Siswandi explained that in an effort to improve the quality of regional human resources, the Natuna Regency Government has also built coordination and cooperation with various universities to get scholarship opportunities and free lectures for Natuna's children.
Through these efforts, cooperation agreements have now been signed with several universities that are willing to support the programme, and are currently entering the stage of selecting prospective students.
Hopefully with this policy, Wan Siswandi hopes that the sons and daughters of the region will get the opportunity to get a college education, and in the future there will be human resources available who are able to answer future challenges. (Pro_kopim / Sri)
