Located in the Sri Serindit Multipurpose Building, Ranai, the Acting Regional Secretary, Khaidir officially opened the Socialisation of Pension and Retirement Security, Thursday (08/06) morning. Attending the event were the Branch Manager of PT Taspen TPI, Branch Manager of BSI KCP Natuna and his team, several related OPD leaders, and activity participants.
In his remarks, Khaidir said that as a State Civil Apparatus (ASN), of course, has a job assignment that must be taken before entering retirement. To welcome that period, of course, ASNs must make preparations that are deemed necessary.
During the age of retirement, the amount of income will certainly be reduced compared to when they were still working, this is what underlies the holding of this socialisation activity, so that ASNs are ready to enter retirement and enjoy a prosperous old age.
The retirement period for Executive Officials, Supervisors and Administrators will enter retirement at the age of 58 years, while for Primary and Functional High Leadership officials 60 years.
To PT Taspen Persero Tanjung Pinang, BSI KCP Natuna and PWRI Natuna Regency, Khaidir thanked them for their support, so that this activity was held. He hopes that through this activity the ASNs will get useful information for the Prosperous Plenary service in the Old Age.
Furthermore, the Head of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency, M.Alim Sanjaya reported that this activity aims to prepare civil servants who will enter retirement age both administratively and financially, disseminate information about the benefits and facilities related to retirement both by Taspen and Taspen Partner Bank BSI KCP Natuna, answer problems that often occur around retirement, and disseminate information about JJK and JKM to PPPK.
Socialisation activities are held in two sessions, morning - afternoon socialisation of pensions in the form of panel discussions with PWRI participants and members, employees or officials who will retire and retired widows and widowers.
