Following the signing of the MoU between Pertamina University and the Natuna Regency Government some time ago, the Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi, and the Vice Rector of Pertamina University for Academic and Student Affairs, Budi W Soetjipto, signed the Cooperation Agreement.
Located at the Pertamina University Campus, Griya Legita Building, Jalan Tengku Nyak Arif, South Jakarta, Tuesday (16/05) morning was attended by the Rector and several elements of Pertamina University academics. Meanwhile, the Regent of Natuna was accompanied by the Head of the Cooperation Section of the Natuna Regency Secretariat.
The manuscript of the Cooperation Agreement on the Provision of Scholarships for Education Programmes to Natuna Regency Students, which was signed, contains several articles, basically Pertamina University will provide scholarships for 15 sons and daughters of Natuna Regency to be able to get college education at Pertamina University.
The Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi, on the sidelines of the activity expressed his gratitude for the support given by Pertamina University. This good news has also been socialised to provide opportunities for regional children to continue their education to higher education.
Wan Siswandi hopes that through this educational scholarship programme, Natuna Regency will have a workforce with disciplines that are in accordance with regional potential. Namely the oil and gas sector
On a different occasion, the Head of the Cooperation Section of the Natuna Regency Secretariat, Faisal Firman, explained that the selection process had taken place from 9 May to 9 June.
So far there are 314 students who have submitted the administration which will be announced on 14 June 2023.
After the administration pass results are announced, prospective students will take part in the Academic Potential Selection stage, and the results of Pertamina University scholarship recipients will be announced on 30 June 2023. (Pro_kopim/agum)
