Located in his office, Secretary of Natuna, Boy Wijanarko led a meeting to prepare for the Hajj 1444 H / 2023, Tuesday (6/5) morning. The discussion material is related to various technical preparations ranging from transportation readiness, security, and services for prospective Hajj pilgrims who will perform the pilgrimage this year.
Attending the meeting were representatives from Raden Sadjad Airbase, Wakapolres of Natuna Regency, Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Natuna Regency, representatives from NAM Airline, Health Office, Head of People's Welfare, Head of Protocol.
In his opening remarks, Boy asked all responsible parties to convey the problems and preparation plans that will be carried out to support the smooth organisation of this year's Hajj.
Boy also reminded that every plan must still pay attention to the safety and comfort of the CJH which will basically involve various parties across agencies.
Therefore, Boy highly appreciates the support of all parties involved in this year's Hajj Season. Hopefully, the support given in an effort to provide comfort and safety for the CJH will be rewarded by Allah SWT.
In addition, it is also appealed to the CJH to follow the entire series of worship processions to always maintain cohesiveness, care for fellow groups and maintain physical and spiritual health, considering that currently the hot weather conditions are quite extreme.
Representative of the Natuna Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, H. Nasoha on this occasion explained that this year's CJH from Natuna Regency numbered 101 people, and will be released from Natuna on 20 May 2023 to join the pilgrims from Kepri at the Hajj Dormitory in Batam City, then departed from Batam to Medina on 24 May 2023.
The representative of the Natuna Regency Police, Ahmad Rudi Prasetyo explained that his party was ready to support by maintaining the security of the pilgrims' mobilisation later, his party would prepare a traffic and security scheme in organising the release of Natuna pilgrims.
Furthermore, the Head of Protocol and Leadership Communication, Defrizal on the occasion also said that the CJH release event will be held at the Natuna Great Mosque, his party together with the Public Welfare Section of the Natuna Regency Secretariat will continue to coordinate to ensure that the activity can run smoothly.
The same thing was also conveyed by the Head of the Community Welfare Section, Sudirman, who will continue to coordinate with the parties involved to ensure that the Hajj runs smoothly and safely. (Pro_kopim/Atra)
