Located at the National Building, Tanjung Balai Karimun, as a series of activities for the Selection of Tilawatil Qur'an and Hadith (STQH) X at the Riau Islands Province level, the Head of the Natuna Regency Caravan, as well as Assistant I of the Natuna Regency Regional Secretariat, Kaidir, accompanied by several representatives from the Natuna Regency Ministry of Religion Office, had the opportunity to attend the Regional Work Meeting (Rakerda) of LPTQ at the Riau Islands Province level, Friday (12/05) afternoon.
The event, which carries the theme "With professional STQH Management, it will produce reliable Qori' and Qori'ah", was officially opened by the Deputy Regent of Karimun, Anwar Hasyim.
In his remarks at the event which was attended by representatives of all caravans participating in STQH X at the Riau Islands Province level as well as the Riau Islands Province LPTQ board, Anwar Hasyim hoped that the implementation of STQ is not only an annual routine agenda, but can also be a forum for grounding the Koran and attracting the interest of the younger generation to learn and love the Koran.
In this momentum of LPTQ Rakerda, through this rakerda, we can evaluate and improve, so that in the future a quality Qori' and Qori'ah coaching system can be realised as well as being able to create a Qur'anic generation.
The same thing was also added by the Vice Chairman III of the LPTQ of Riau Islands Province, Tengku Afriizal, who explained that the implementation of the Provincial LPTQ in the Regency is a form of synergy between the Management of the LPTQ of Riau Islands Province and the Regional Government.
The synergy can be seen from the whole STQH X event, from the opening until now running smoothly and successfully.
He also hopes that through the implementation of this Rakerda, both in the discussion and preparation of work programmes can be designed efficiently and effectively. So that program achievements can be realised in a more measurable manner.
In addition, he added, the success of STQH this time can be seen from the great enthusiasm of each region in this activity, as well as supported by the enthusiasm of foreign and local communities who continue to crowd the astaka arena to this day.
However, Tengku Afrizal emphasised that the Rakerda this time should be more focused on recruiting, fostering and improving the quality of Qori and Qori'ah performances that will be prepared as Tilawatil Qur'an Ambassadors representing Riau Islands Province in the National STQ event which will be held in Jambi in the near future.
