On the 15th night of Ramadan 1444 Hijriyah / Wednesday (05/04), the Natuna Regency Government's Ramadan Safari Group, led directly by the Deputy Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda, visited the An Nasriah Mosque, Batu Gajah Village, Bunguran Timur District.
The group included several leaders and representatives of Regional Apparatus Organisations and staff. As the host, the Head of Bunguran Timur Sub-District, several Village Heads and religious leaders and the local community were also present.
After breaking the fast together, the group and all attendees had the opportunity to pray Maghrib, Isha and Tarawih prayers in congregation before the tausiyah activities began.
On this occasion, Rodhial Huda expressed his appreciation to all the people of Batu Gajah Village, especially the people of Sebakung Hamlet who welcomed the group warmly and full of brotherhood.
According to Rodhial, this visit is set as an annual routine agenda as a momentum to establish friendship and build social care.
Social care, according to Rodhial, is an important essence in fasting, in addition to the blessings and gifts in the form of various sunnah services that become a field of charity, building a sense of concern from those who are wealthy to those who are in need is a great wisdom embedded in the essence of fasting.
In addition, as on various occasions, Rodhial also constantly reminded and appealed to both sub-district heads, village heads and especially mosque administrators to continue to make efforts to prosper the mosque.
According to Rodhial, one of the strategic efforts to lure children and teenagers to feel at home in the mosque is to involve the younger generation in various religious activities.
Providing opportunities for the younger generation to act as administrators and mosque officers, so that slowly there will be a sense of love and longing to stay in the mosque.
This should be a common concern, as a form of regeneration of people who care about their religion, ukhuwah islamiyah and the fate of their religion in the midst of deceitful times. (Pro_kopim/Sri)
