The month of Ramadan should always be awaited as a momentum to reap blessings and forgiveness of sins. This can be done with various worship services that are recommended to improve the quality of faith and increase the spirit of worship as a form of gratitude for being extended life, so as to get the opportunity to meet the month full of blessings.
The important thing that must be a reminder in every Muslim, should always continue to learn not to be arrogant, remove the sense of pride in the heart which in essence will erase all rewards. therefore, gratitude should continue to be built to remove pride in the heart.
This was conveyed by the Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi, when delivering tausiyah at the Istiqoah Mosque in Tanjung Pala Village during the 1444 Hijriyah Ramadan Safari programme in Pulau Laut District, last Monday (03/04).
In the group of Safari Ramadhan this time, there were several leadership elements such as the Commander of Kodim 0318 Natuna, Head of the Natuna Basarnas Office, several leaders and representatives of Regional Apparatus Organisations.
As the host, the Sub-District Head of Pulau Laut and the ranks of the sub-district government as well as the Sub-District Leadership Elements, village heads, community leaders and religious leaders, and the local community were present.
Wan Siswandi also expressed his appreciation for the welcome from the sub-district and the community. He hopes that silaturrahmi and ukhuwah islamiyah can continue to be established, not only in this momentum, but on every occasion.
Responding to community proposals related to increasing the length of the Port, so that the activities of leaning fishing boats are no longer affected by the tides, as well as improving the telecommunications network in Tanjung Pala Village, Wan Siswandi also gave directions to the relevant OPD leaders to be able to find program formulations to realise these proposals.
On this occasion, the Natuna Regent also symbolically handed over basic food packages to the community, with the hope that this assistance could lighten and ease the community in carrying out fasting this year.
On the same occasion, the Sub-District Head of Pulau Laut, Bambang Erawan, expressed his gratitude to the Regent of Natuna and his entourage for being willing to take the time to visit and encourage the community to carry out fasting in the holy month of this year.
Bambang hopes that the friendship and coordination between the Natuna Regional Government, especially the Regent and the people of Pulau Laut can continue to be established.
Through various development programmes realised during this leadership period, Bambang hopes that progress and improvement in the quality of services can be gradually realised as expected by the people of Pulau Laut. (Pro_kopim/Atra)
