The Regent and the Vice Regent of Natuna, along with several leaders of relevant Regional Apparatus Organisations, held an online meeting with representatives of S. ASEAN International Advocacy & Consulcancy (SAIAC) and The Jakarta Japan Club,
From the Meeting Room of the Natuna Regent's Office, Batu Sisir St. Bukit Arai, Ranai, Monday ((27/03), the meeting was held with the intention of promoting the region, especially to Japanese investors through the two institutions above.
On this occasion, the Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi, expressed his appreciation to the S.ASEAN International Advocacy & Consulcancy (SAIAC) for initiating this meeting.
In addition, Wan Siswandi also appreciated the representatives of The Jakarta Japan Club who attended this meeting, and were willing to listen to several explanations regarding the investment potentials in Natuna Regency.
The Vice Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda also said that besides the natural conditions that are still very beautiful, geographically Natuna is also located in a very strategic position, considering that this area is one of the border areas with 9 neighbouring countries.
This condition makes Natuna become the gateway to international shipping routes, making it have great potential in the fisheries and maritime sectors.
Furthermore, Natuna also still has ample land if in the future there are production and industrial development plans in various potential regional sectors.
To develop various potential sectors, Rodhial Huda explained that the Regional Government will open the widest possible opportunities for Japanese investors, he hopes that in the future there will be cooperation that can support the growth of the industrial world and the tourism sector in Natuna Regency.
