The Second Assistant of the Natuna Regency Secretariat Leads the SPBE Coordination Meeting

Electronic-Based Government System or better known by the abbreviation SPBE, is intended to realise clean, effective, transparent, and accountable governance as well as quality and reliable public services.

Governance and management of electronic-based government systems are also needed to improve the integration and efficiency of electronic-based government systems. In other words, the utilisation of government system management to electronic systems is expected to support the creation of easier, integrated, faster and more targeted implementation of government and service tasks.

This was conveyed by Assistant II Setda Natuna Regency, Basri in his speech when leading the Coordination Meeting related to SPBE. Also attending the event were several leaders and representatives of Regional Apparatus Organisations within the Natuna Regency Government.

According to Basri, until now there are still several notes based on the results of the evaluation, the implementation of SPBE in Natuna Regency with an SPBE implementation index assessment of 2.5. This value is included in the less/low category.

Through this coordination meeting, he expected that the results of evaluations conducted in SPBE implementation should be shared to improve the quality of OPD performance and services to the community.

According to Basri, cooperation and mutual support between one OPD and another is an absolute thing, so the systems built can integrate with each other. With the cooperation of all OPDs, Smart City Natuna will be realised.

To the Communication and Informatics Office of Natuna Regency, Basri expressed his appreciation for the enthusiasm shown in efforts to build systems and devices that are expected to be able to support the improvement of the quality of SPBE implementation within the Natuna Regency Government.

Through this coordination meeting, Basri hopes that all obstacles and barriers can be discussed thoroughly and in detail, so that improving the quality of SPBE implementation and excellent service can be realised together. (Pro_Kopim/Sri)
