The newly appointed Village Heads from the 2022 elections, a number of members of the Natuna Regency DPRD and Forkopimda, and Heads of the Natuna Regency Regional Apparatus Organization attended the occasion.
Wan Siswandi, in his speech, congratulated on the inauguration of APDESI DPC of Natuna Regency and reminded each other that the position held carrying mandate and responsibilities that must be fulfilled. The entire community hoped for the village heads to make positive changes, including progress in all fields and more equitable welfare.
He advised the village heads and all components of society to work together either to ensure the success of development or to maintain a climate of social order so that it remains safe and peaceful, particularly in welcoming the democratic party, the simultaneous elections in 2024.
On the same occasion, M. Nazar Iman, The Chairperson of APDESI DPD of Riaus Islands Province, conveyed the same message. For all the village heads continue to build coordination gradually within the APDESI, both at the Provincial and Central levels.
M. Nazar also reminded that there are rules for the management of the village development budget which are very clear about allocation and accountability. He hoped that the management of the village development budget will always be managed in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Furthermore, the Chairperson of the Natuna Regency APDESI DPC, Zafridin, in his speech expressed his gratitude to the local government for their support, particularly in forming and providing space for APDESI to contribute to development.
He stated that in the future, the emphasis would be on encouraging the function of Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) to develop further, and on optimizing the utilization of village potential to create jobs as an effort to improve people's welfare. (Pro_kopim/Irles)
