Thursday, December 29th, 2022 the Regent of Natuna handed over 260 donations of Sembako Packages from the Upstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Special Task Force (SKK Migas) held at the Natuna Grand Mosque.
The occasion began with the Isha in congregation and continued with the reading of Yasin together and closed with praying. 260 Sembako Packages was handed over after.
The Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi in his speech invited the community to liven up the mosque.
"On this occasion I continue inviting everyone to liven up the Grand Mosque. Apart from worship (Ibaadah), we also builf friendship among fellow Muslims. Hopefully the more prosperous mosques in Natuna, the more it would be a blessing for us," said Wan Siswandi
Wan Siswandi further added the donation distributed with a total of 260 donations of Sembako Packages from the Upstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Special Task Force (SKK Migas) will be handed over to Batu Hitam residents.
"The donations are from SKK Migas, Riau Bank, and also from #ASNBerbagi. However, today the donation from SKK Migas will be handed over to Batu Hitam Sub-District first and foremost. The one from Riau Bank, will be handed over next to people who have not received it yet. Meanwhile, the rice donated by ASN will be handed over in January," Wan Siswandi added.
Wan Siswandi hoped the donations can ease the burden on the community and to those who give generously receive more blessings.
Wan Siswandi also invited the public to liven up the Grand Mosque on New Year's Eve to perform salat al-jama'ah (congregational prayer) and Istighosah.
