The Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi attends the Appointment of the Islamic Students Association (HMI) 2022-2023, located at Sisi Basisir Restaurant, Ranai on Saturday Night (02/07).
The Vice Regent of Natuna, The Regional Secretary of Natuna, members of the Regional Leadership Coordinating Forum (FKPD), the Head of Islamic High School (STAI) Natuna, Heads of Vertical Authorities, students of STAI Natuna and other invitees also attend the occasion.
Wan Siswandi in his speech, says congratulations to the Chairman and all newly appointed Board of Natuna HMI. He hopes they carry out the mandate properly, to always uphold and respect the existence of this organization. Wan Siswandi opines that teamwork, concern, and cohesiveness can improve the role and functions and can achieve the goals of the organization.
Acknowledging the current financial crisis, Wan Siswandi explains local government budget capacity has decreased in value and has impacted on regional development plans. Considering the above conditions, Wan Siswandi admits he takes a step to develop coordination with 18 ministries to actualize the development plans. He opines it is not enough if only depends on current regional budget.
Additionally, he also mentions that based on the five pillars proclaimed in the border region; there are several sectors that are already running, namely the sectors of Defense, Tourism and Fisheries. Meanwhile, the Natuna Regency Government issues conditional-use permits for approved mining operations at the Central Government level, including silica sand mining.
HMI is expected to constantly exist on the implementation of regional development and Wan Siswandi expects HMI is able to provide an outlook, support, and constructive input, so in the future Natuna can carry out the concepts of development in accordance with Islamic law.
The Executive Board of the Central HMI, Vidiel Tania Pratama, on the same occasion conveys his hopes to the chairman and all newly appointed Board of Natuna HMI to continually build the spirit of serving.
Vidiel mentions that so far, there is a number of organizational/regional branches reached by the Central HMI work programs. However, considering the various existing limitations, Natuna has still not including.
Vidiel hopes Natuna HMI can continuously build communication and coordination related to the HMI work programs and can maximize the potential of the organization to support the work programs of regional development.
As he says, the enthusiasm shown in the implementation of this appointment should always be developed in carrying out all the work programs.
Furthermore, on the same occasion, the Head of the Natuna HMI Natuna 2022-2023, Jupri conveys his gratitude to the chairman and all former Board of Natuna HMI.
A number of targets to be achieved namely to establish of the Secretariat of Natuna HMI, to organize the Work Competition 2 in Natuna, to dispatch the Natuna HMI Cadre to attend the Senior Court aimed to form a Training Management Agency to facilitate the future cadre.
Moreover, Jupri also mentions that he will build coordination with youth organizations in Natuna to address and oversee various regional issues. (Pro_kopim/Ya2t, Lita)
