Opening the Natuna MTQ-X: The Vice Regent of Natuna Expects LPTQ in Developing the Coaching and Mentoring of Tilawatil Quran to Improve Achievement

The Vice Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda opens the Natuna Musabaqoh Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) – X 2022, Tuesday Night (17/05). Members of the Natuna Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) and the wives, members of the Regional Leadership Coordinating Forum (FKPD), Heads of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD), cafila, and visitors attend the occasion holds at the Natuna Grand Mosque.

The theme of the Natuna MTQ-X 2022 is “By the MTQ-X 2022, we build Natuna people who virtuous, intelligent and religious according to the Quran.”

The Vice Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda in his speech mentions that it’s been some time since the Covid-19 Pandemic. Natuna is heading towards an Endemic Phase and starting the new lifestyle by adjusting to the “New Normal” and being disciplined in applying health protocols in every daily activity.

From his point of view, various types of LPTQ work programs along with the Regional Government designed and implemented still do not bring out the expected achievement targets yet. This may be considered from the achievements reached by the winners of the Tilawatil Quran at provincial level events up to now.

It is for this reason that he hopes the LPTQ —especially at the sub-district and village levels, will continuously make breakthroughs and strategies of mentoring and coaching, for either the participants or the new high-potential talent in Quran recitation competition.

It is such a good opportunity to help Natuna upgrade its achievements, not only by the strategies of mentoring and coaching but also by the full concern sustainably given towards the Quranic Development and Educational Institute.

Additionally, Rodhial expects the coordination is constantly built between the LPTQ at the level of sub-district, village, and regency. So as the information related to work programs, mentoring and coaching can interminably be carried out harmoniously.

At last, this event is a momentum to make achievements and to eradicate Quran illiteracy as the Vice Regent of Natuna advises all participants. Therefore, the opportunity must be used to build self-motivation and to continuously improve self-abilities and self-skills.

He also advises members of the Board of Judges to professionally and fairly carry out their duties, in accordance with the provisions and assessment categories determined so as the results assuredly describe the quality and the abilities of the competitors. (Pro_kopim/Eris)
