Musabaqoh Tilawatil Qur'an (MTQ) should be an opportunity to make achievements and an attempt to maintain silaturahmi between ambassadors of Tilawatil Qur'an. MTQ should have values to establish Ukhuwah Islamiyah and to increase the faith and piety of Muslim Ummah.
However, the MTQ X must be interpreted as per its purpose and function through the various contested fields that will create religious nuances and the recitation of the holy Quran.
As it is conveyed by the Vice Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda in his speech at the Appointment of Board of Judges of Natuna MTQ X holds at the Hajj Dormitory Hall, North Gate, Ranai, Tuesday Afternoon (17/05).
The Vice Chairman of Natuna Regional House of Representatives, the Head of Natuna Regional Office of Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Assistants, the Sub-District Heads, and the members of Board of Judges also attend the occasion.
Rodhial Huda expresses his joyousness bearing in mind that the implementation of MTQ had to be postponed or cancelled due to the Covid-19 Pandemic for some time.
It is for this reason that the MTQ X should be gratefully implemented and it is hoped the main goals are able to continuously be strived together, namely to make achievements, to maintain Ukhuwah Islamiyah and to eradicate Quran illiteracy.
Speaking of the roles of the Board of Judges, he explains the value-decision maker is the most important functions and affects the results of the competition. Thus, it is hoped the results frankly describe the ability of Natuna Tilawatil Quran participants who later will represent Natuna at the provincial level MTQ.
Therefore, Rodhial expects the Board of Judges to professionally, decently, and supportively carry out their duties. Acknowledging the decisions taken to be a healthy and fair competition for all the participants compete. (Pro_kopim Sri & Diana)
