Working as either State Civil Apparatus (ASN) or Government Employees with Work Agreement (PPPK) must be a life choice independently made to not only seen as a promising job, but also to be able to participate in regional development.
The apparatus thence must constantly build sincere intentions for the implementation of their duties as public servants, and must uncomplaining accept the work placement locations with all the conditions of both workplace and social environment faced.
The Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi conveys in his speech at the Submission of the Decree for Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreement (PPPK) 2021 within Natuna Regency Government, holds at the Sri Serindit Building, Ranai, Tuesday morning (19/04).
He also adds to CPNS who at the present time receives the Decree (Surat Keputusan), that the implementation of government duties brings wide-open opportunities for self-development, career advancement, and role enhancement depending on the quality of the performance shown and on the leadership assessment.
Therefore, not only that the implementation of official duties must be carried out thoughtfully, but also the professional self-competence improvement will constantly be strived toward both proportional and professional government apparatus.
To obey applicable laws and regulations as the fundamentals of government duties implementation and of excellent community services, as it is important for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to display awareness in their roles and functions are as public servants.
