Natuna Regent Cen Sui Lan attended a plenary session at the Natuna Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) on Thursday morning (17/07), where all legislative factions unanimously approved the Draft Regional Regulation (Ranperda) on Accountability for the Implementation of the 2025 Regional Budget (APBD).
The session, held at the DPRD Plenary Hall in East Bunguran District, was chaired by DPRD Speaker Rusli and focused on the presentation of the final views of each legislative faction on the proposed regulation.
In his remarks, Rusli explained that the accountability bill is mandated under Law No. 23 of 2014 on Regional Government and Government Regulation No. 12 of 2019 on Regional Financial Management. He noted that the draft had undergone discussions in accordance with the legislative process.
Following deliberations, all DPRD factions—including Golkar, PDI Perjuangan, NasDem, Gerindra, and the APS faction—agreed to approve the bill, paving the way for its formal enactment as a regional regulation in line with applicable laws and procedures.
The session concluded with the signing of a joint approval between the Natuna Regency Government and the DPRD. DPRD Speaker Rusli then formally handed the approved draft regulation to Regent Cen Sui Lan.
