The Deputy Regent of Natuna, Jarmin, attended the Inauguration of the Chairpersons of the Subdistrict Family Welfare Empowerment Team (TP PKK) of Natuna Regency for the 2025–2030 term, as stipulated in Decree Number 01/Kep/PKK.KAB.NTN/I/2026. The ceremony took place at the Second Floor Meeting Hall of the Natuna Regent’s Office, Jalan Batu Sisir Bukit Arai, on Monday morning (26/01).
The event was attended by several regional officials, including the Regional Secretary, heads of relevant Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), subdistrict heads, the newly inaugurated subdistrict TP PKK chairpersons, as well as members of the Natuna Regency TP PKK Board.
In his remarks, Jarmin congratulated the newly appointed subdistrict PKK chairpersons, emphasizing that the position represents both an honor and a significant responsibility, particularly in supporting regional development in the areas of women’s empowerment, family welfare, and community development.
He further highlighted that the TP PKK plays a strategic role in improving family quality of life through its ten core programs, which cover various sectors including education, health, economic empowerment, child character development, and family resilience.
Therefore, Jarmin expressed his hope that all subdistrict TP PKK chairpersons across Natuna Regency—especially those newly inaugurated—would carry out their duties with sincerity, dedication, and a strong sense of responsibility, while serving as key drivers in fostering healthy, independent, and prosperous families. He also stressed the importance of strong synergy with subdistrict and village governments, as well as all relevant stakeholders. (Pro-Kopim/D&S)
