Based on Regent Decree of Natuna No. 11/BKPSDM/2026, Natuna Regent Cen Sui Lan officially inaugurated 17 civil servants (ASN) into Primary High Leadership Positions, Administrator Positions, and Supervisory Positions within the Natuna Regency Government for the year 2026.
In her address at the inauguration ceremony held at the Second Floor Hall of the Natuna Regent’s Office, Batu Sisir Bukit Arai Road, Ranai, on Friday morning (09/01), Cen Sui Lan emphasized that the newly inaugurated, appointed, and reassigned officials must carry out their duties with professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility.
She further encouraged both the newly appointed officials and all regional government personnel to continuously enhance work motivation and innovation in performing their duties, particularly in supporting priority programs aimed at achieving sustainable regional development.
Cen Sui Lan also stressed that as leaders at their respective levels, civil servants must strive to foster a solid and collaborative work environment. Such synergy, she noted, will improve productivity and enable each function to positively support other roles, forming an integrated system in governance, development, and public service delivery.
The 17 inaugurated officials consist of 2 Primary High Leadership Officials, 10 Administrator Officials, and 5 Supervisory Officials. (Pro_kopim/Endang)
