Natuna Regent Cen Sui Lan officially opened the Branch Working Meeting (Rakercab) of the Natuna Scout Movement, held on Wednesday morning (10/12) at the Sisi Basisir Restaurant Hall on Datuk Kaya Wan Muhammad Benteng Street, Ranai.
The event was attended by Vice Regent Jarmin, who also serves as Head of the Natuna Scout Branch (Kwarcab), along with members of the regional leadership forum (FKPD), branch council members, several heads of the Saka Advisory Council, and scoutmasters from local units.
In her remarks, Cen Sui Lan emphasized the strategic role of the Scout Movement in shaping a strong, disciplined, creative, and morally grounded younger generation.
She expressed hope that Scouting programs will continue to serve as a growth space for youth—cultivating teamwork, mental resilience, leadership character, and a deep sense of love for their region, nation, and country.
Addressing the Kwarcab leadership and unit scoutmasters, the Regent conveyed her appreciation and encouragement, urging them to remain driven in strengthening Scouting as an educational platform that builds a superior generation prepared to carry forward future development. Pro-Kopim (D&S)
