Official Visit to Serasan and East Serasan: Natuna Regent Holds Friendly Gathering with Local Community

On Thursday evening (27/11), as part of her working visit to Serasan and East Serasan Districts, Natuna Regent Cen Sui Lan held a friendly gathering with residents from both districts at the Serasan Community Meeting Hall (BPMKS).

Also in attendance were the Vice Regent of Natuna, the Deputy Chair I and several members of the Natuna Regency DPRD, members of the Riau Islands Provincial DPRD representing the Natuna–Anambas electoral district, the Head of the Natuna Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, several heads of regional government agencies, banking representatives, members of the Natuna TPPD, the subdistrict heads, Forkopimda representatives, and community members.

In her remarks, Cen Sui Lan emphasized that this gathering was a valuable opportunity to strengthen ties and enhance collaboration between the regional government and the community in building a more progressive and equitable region.

She reaffirmed that the principle of equal distribution would remain a key indicator in development planning, ensuring that all areas grow according to their unique conditions and dynamics.

Beyond infrastructure development, Cen Sui Lan stated that the welfare of the community remains a major commitment of the regional government, especially in ensuring social protection and improving the quality of life for residents in border areas.

During the event, the Regent symbolically handed over various forms of assistance to the community, including zakat mal, BPJS Employment membership cards, and social aid such as direct cash assistance (BLT) and rice packages. (Pro_Kopim/arf)
