As part of the series of events commemorating the 26th Anniversary of Natuna Regency in 2025, the Regent of Natuna, Cen Sui Lan, chaired the final coordination meeting with all organizing committees. The meeting took place in the Second-Floor Conference Room of the Natuna Regent’s Office, located on Jalan Batu Sisir, Bukit Arai, Bunguran Timur District, on Thursday morning (October 9).
The meeting was attended by several regional officials, including the Vice Regent, the Regional Secretary, Assistants to the Regent, Heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), the Head of Bunguran Timur Subdistrict, and representatives from various organizing divisions.
In her remarks, Regent Cen Sui Lan expressed her appreciation to all committee members involved in preparing the event. She emphasized that the celebration of Natuna Regency’s anniversary should serve as a people’s festival and a collective expression of pride in the region’s development achievements.
She further expressed her hope that the entire series of events would run smoothly and reflect togetherness and community participation in a festive and joyful atmosphere. However, she also reminded all committees to ensure that the activities proceed orderly, safely, and efficiently through solid coordination among all divisions. This, she noted, is essential to address any possible challenges or dynamic situations that may arise during implementation.
Cen Sui Lan underscored the importance of careful preparation, given the wide range of scheduled activities, including a commemorative ceremony, traditional games, a cultural carnival, and sports tournaments. She stressed that all technical aspects must be meticulously planned to ensure successful execution.
During the meeting, each division coordinator presented their readiness reports, followed by a comprehensive discussion and evaluation of potential obstacles and solutions to ensure that the entire series of events proceeds as planned. (Prokopim/D&S)
