Natuna Regent, Cen Sui Lan, along with 503 regional leaders at the provincial, regency, and city levels across Indonesia, participated in a Leadership Development Retreat at the Military Academy (Akmil) Headquarters in Magelang, Central Java, on Friday (February 21).
The retreat, held from February 21 to 28, 2025, was attended by all regional leaders who were recently inaugurated by the President of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto. The event was officially opened by the Minister of Home Affairs, Tito Karnavian.
This retreat for regional leaders features a lineup of prominent speakers, including 40 ministers from the Kabinet Merah Putih and senior lecturers (Widyaiswara) from the National Resilience Institute (Lemhannas).
Among the speakers who have already delivered their sessions are Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani, Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs Yusril Ihza Mahendra, and Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto.
Additionally, other scheduled speakers include Minister of National Development Planning/Head of Bappenas Rachmat Pambudi, Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB) Rini Widyantini, and Head of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti.
