Starting the New Year 2025, The Regent of Natuna Leads the Natuna Regency Government Coordination Meeting

Located at 2nd Floor Meeting Room, The Regent of Natuna Office, Wan Siswandi the Regent of Natuna directly led the coordination meeting with the whole Heads of Regional Apparatus Organization in The Natuna Regency Environment on Monday morning (06/01).

Wan Siswandi, The Regent of Natuna stated that the coordination meeting was not only a part of the Regional Government performance evaluation during 2024, but also to follow up on several matters that were deemed necessary to be immediately resolved.

Along with the Regional Government performance evaluation 2024, it was addressed that the Government was putting their best efforts into the postponement of distribution of allowances 2024 will be immediately paid in January 2025.

The Regent of Natuna delivered the Ministry Circular Letter related to budget refocusing, that The Regional Government could use the budget effectively and reduce unnecessary activities that are not optimally support the regional developments.

Related to the Circular Letter, the Regent of Natuna advised the whole Heads of Regional Apparatus Organization for the Budget Use Document can be arranged and actualized based on the priority scales.

He expected the budget refocusing would not affect the performance of the civil servants. The civil servants should be able to make use of their collaboration and networking to create new innovations for future development.

As written in the Financial Report of Regional Assets and Financial Management Office, Suryanto addressed that the designated budgets for 2025 will have a lot of rationalization related to activities and regional employee spending.

In response to this, the Regent of Natuna stressed that this rationalization is part of the Regional Government’s efforts to maintain the stability of the Natuna Regency government. So that this is not deliberately cutting activities and employee rights, but prioritizing interests based on a priority scale.

At the end of the meeting, the Natuna Regent expressed his gratitude to all OPD heads who had worked optimally during his 3.5 years of leadership. He also hopes that the performance of professionalism can be continued in the next government which is oriented towards the welfare of the community. Prokopim/Patli
