Information and Documentation Management (PPID) is a digital platform that houses all regional information, both local government programs and the implementation of development programs, including the success of the governance.
Under the spirit of public information disclosure, certainly the local government is obliged to bridge information for the community, including in the form of digital visualization in a fast and transparent manner and easily understood by the wider community, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) services from each Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD).
As stated by the Regional Secretary of Natuna Regency, Boy Wijanarko when leading a meeting with PPID, Tuesday (13/08) morning, located in the meeting room of the Natuna Regent’s Office, Jalan Batu Sisir Bukit Arai, Ranai.
Furthermore, Boy also explained that as an institution that plays an important role in efforts to bridge local government information, Diskominfo is expected to design a clear and directed concept in the future, how all information can be conveyed to the people who need it, and is oriented towards the needs of the community for accurate and reliable information.
Boy also invited all OPDs, district heads, village heads / villages to jointly support regional digitalization, with centralized one-door information accommodated by the relevant agencies (Diskominfo-red).
In his report, the Head of the Natuna Regency Kominfo Office, Ikhwan Sholihin, said that PPID is a cross-sectoral responsibility to synergize in managing regional information.
He hoped that each OPD could support the PPID system by providing information on each OPD related to work programs, service processes to achievements, to be further managed into educative information, through creative media which could then be conveyed to the public through digital platforms.
Ikhwan further added that the formation of the PPID Team is the basic foundation in managing regional information, where this team has responsibilities according to the function of the institution in maximizing the publication function.
