To Maintain Religious Harmony, The Vice Regent of Natuna Leads Meetings with FKUB

Religious issues are one of the powerful materials for dividing a nation, therefore these issues must continue to be maintained, foster tolerance between people, and make this diversity a power in creating a conducive climate in the implementation of development.

The importance of this, the Natuna Regency Government always strives to build coordination with the religious leaders who represent religious communities, so that in the life of society, nation and state, harmony and tolerance and guarantees of freedom of worship according to their respective religions can continue to be realised.

Located in his office, Natuna Regency Regional Secretariat Building, Jalan Batu Sisir Bukit Arai, Ranai, Vice Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda held a meeting of the Natuna Regency Religious Harmony Forum (FKUB), Monday (29/07) morning.

Rodhial said in his speech that coordination meetings like this should be held more regularly, of course, to discuss, analyse and anticipate various potential problems of religious harmony in Natuna.

Vice Regent Rodhial Huda said that, hopefully, today’s coordination meeting to strengthen FKUB activities can run well and smoothly, this meeting also anticipates the potential for religious problems in Natuna Regency.

Additionally,, this coordination meeting is also a medium for building silaturrahmi, as well as addressing the latest social conditions. Although Natuna is classified as safe and harmonious in the diversity of ethnicity, religion and race, of course, early detection efforts, as well as continuing to build harmony and togetherness itself must continue to be pursued.

Also present on the occasion were Assistant I Setda Natuna Regency, several leaders of related Regional Apparatus Organisations, the Chairman of the Natuna Regency Malay Customary Institute, representatives from the Natuna Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office and several religious leaders.
